In order to determine the factors linked to job satisfaction and retention, a comprehensive survey was conducted among a substantial group of clinical research coordinators (CRCs). Over the years, the position of a clinical research coordinator has transitioned from a relatively stable role to one characterized by frequent turnover.
This study aimed to explore and understand the various factors that contribute to job satisfaction and retention among clinical research coordinators. By conducting a survey among a large cohort of CRCs, we were able to gain valuable insights into their experiences and the challenges they face in their roles.
