Responsible for developing and maintaining the NPD services and infrastructure. This may include developing and maintaining code that interacts with the NPD data and services, designing and deploying new features, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing support to the NPD team.

The npd engineer must be knowledgeable of the NPAR system architecture, the NPDC subsystem, and network performance analysis techniques. The npd engineer must also be able to work independently and be able to respond to changes in the system quickly.
