Responsible for developing and implementing outreach and engagement strategies to increase the number of students who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer (LGBTQ) at their institution. This may include developing and managing communications with LGBTQ student organizations and advocating on their behalf, working with departmental and institutional leaders to increase LGBTQ inclusion, and developing and implementing educational programming and resources aimed at LGBTQ students.

Duties and Responsibilities

Outreach coordinator also develops relationships with potential donors and volunteers, manages member benefits, and educates members and the public about the organization's work.
