Responsible for overseeing and developing the academic achievement of students in grades 6-8 in a public school setting. Require different skills than other jobs. For example, an english teacher needs to have good communication and writing skills. In addition, teachers need to be able to work with students one-on-one to help them improve their English skills.
Require lot of time and effort. Pshe teacher also need to have good communication and organization skills. Pshe teacher also need to have good leadership skills.
Require special education and required training for that job. Teacher need to be able to work with students with disabilities in a way that helps students learn. Teacher need to be patient and understanding.
Have a lot of patience. You must be able to control your class and be able to read their body language. You must be able to have a balanced teaching style. You must be able to multitask and be able to work with students of all backgrounds.
Have a passion for the subject and be able to articulate that passion to your students.
