Duties and Responsibilities

The duty is to manage and oversee the daily activities of residents in their rn home. This includes ensuring that residents are taking their medications, participating in therapy, and keeping up with any other daily routines that are necessary to maintain their well-being. Additionally, the case manager is responsible for liaising with other agencies that are involved in the resident's care, as well as maintaining close communication with the resident's family.
