Additionally, the assistant will need to be able to stay organized and keep track of their work, as well as be able to stay on top of deadlines.

Require someone who is organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As the underwriter assistant, the employee will be responsible for assisting the underwriter in the completion of the underwriting process.
